  1. Fees, payment and booking confirmation


   All fees quoted to the customer for the provision of services are valid for thirty calendar days from the date of the quotation.

 

   A customer booking a course or event medical cover must make payment in full 7 days prior to the start date.

 

   Full Aid Medical Services reserves the right to withhold certificates and details of whether attendees have passed the course until full payment has been cleared.

 

   Full Aid Medical Services are entitled to vary their charges periodically by giving not less than two months’ written notice to the Customer.


Cancellations and rescheduling by Full Aid Medical Services


Although every attempt will be made to ensure that courses run and events are covered, Full Aid Medical Services may cancel or reschedule a course at any time, particularly where customer cancellations mean that the course is no longer viable.

 

If Full Aid Medical Services cancel, it will inform the customer of this as soon as possible. The customer will have the option to attend the next available course or if the course has been booked exclusively by the customer, to reschedule the course to another mutually convenient date. A 100% Refund will be returned if Full Aid Medical Cancel a course unless less than 24hrs due to staff sickness and or Covid-19 infection. Full Aid Medical Services will also endeavour to help find a alternative solution for a course/event provider.

 

Full Aid Medical Services does not accept any responsibility for individual qualifications which expire because of a cancelled course nor for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by the customer as a result of the course being cancelled.

 

Full Aid Medical Services shall neither be liable to the customer nor be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Full Aid Medical Services obligations in relation to the service, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond their reasonable control, such as severe weather, where weather warnings have been issued, or other conditions such as Covid-19 or similar that make it unsuitable to perform the Service.


Cancellations, rescheduling, and transfers of individuals by the customer


 If a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule the provision of any services, an exclusive course or individual place on a course, Full Aid Medical Services reserves the right to apply the following fees.


  •  28 days or more prior to course start date – 5% of course fee
  • 8-27 days prior to course start date – 50% of course fee
  • Less than 7 days prior to course start date – 100% of course fee

 

If rescheduling a course, the customer will be charged 100% of the new course fee as well as the fees outlined above in relation to the rescheduled course.

 

If a customer may transfer individual places on any course provided that Full Aid Medical Services receives the request to transfer at least 10 working days before the scheduled course start date. One transfer shall be allowed per individual place without incurring a charge.

Certification and re-certification


Individuals must attend and successfully complete all aspects of the course to be eligible for the qualification.

 

Full Aid Medical Services reserve the right to refuse an individual to start or complete the course where they are late or absent for a substantial period. In this circumstance, no qualification will be awarded, and no refund shall be given.

 

Payment of the course must be made before Course certificates will be issued and upon successful completion of the course. Where necessary, Full Aid Medical Services will post certificates to UK addresses. If a candidate requires a certificate sooner, they are to email contact@fullaidmedical.co.uk or speak to the class educator.

 

Additional copies or lost course certificates can be sent via post or email upon request and shall be charged at £20 per certificate required.

 

Full Aid Medical Services can post documents outside of the UK; however, the customer will be charged for additional postage.


It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that individuals attending a re-certification course hold a current first aid at work certificate. Any re-certification course successfully passed without a valid pre-requisite qualification will cause the re-certification qualification to be void.

 

It is the responsibility of the individual to book another first aid course where their current certification is due to expire. Full Aid Medical Services will not remind individuals of the imminent expiry of their qualification.
