Booking and Payment

• Confirmation: A booking is considered provisional until payment or a formal purchase order is received.

• Payment Terms: Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the course start date or 7 days after the finish date -depending on whats agreed.



• Late Bookings: For bookings made within 7 days of the course, immediate payment is required.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. However, because we commit resources and staff to each booking, the following charges apply to all cancellations:

More than 14 days = Full refund

7-14 days = 50% of course fee

Less than 7 days = 100% of course fee

'NO SHOW' on the day = 100% of course fee

• Rescheduling: Requests to move a booking to a later date are treated as a cancellation unless made more than 14 days in advance.

Course Attendance and Conduct

• Punctuality: First aid training requires a specific number of contact hours for certification. Students arriving more than 20 minutes late may be excluded from the session and will still be charged.



• Physical Fitness: Participants must be physically able to perform floor-based demonstrations (e.g., CPR). Please notify us in advance of any injuries or disabilities so we can provide reasonable adjustments.

• Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Respect for others: You are expected to respect each other at all times regardless of race,age,sexual orientation and alike, we have a zero bullying tollerence.

Our Liability

In the unlikely event that Full Aid Medical must cancel a course due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or a priority transfer to a new date. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

What to Wear

First aid is a hands-on, practical subject! You will be spending time on the floor practicing CPR and recovery positions. We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing (trousers are best) and flat, closed-toe shoes.
