Supporting Our Local GP Surgeries
General Practice is the front door of the NHS. We work closely with Swindon and Wiltshire GP surgeries to ensure their non-clinical and support staff are trained to the highest emergency standards.

The Benefit: By providing "active-paramedic-led" training to surgery staff, we help reduce the pressure on local doctors, ensuring that if a medical emergency happens in a waiting room, the response is immediate, professional, and life-saving.

A Commitment to Palliative Care & Our Local Hospice
We are deeply honored to support the incredible work of our local hospice (such as Prospect Hospice in Wroughton). Palliative care requires a unique blend of technical skill and deep empathy—values that sit at the core of our business.

Our Role: We provide specialized support and training that helps hospice staff and volunteers maintain their emergency competencies in a way that respects the sensitive nature of their environment. We believe everyone deserves dignity and expert care at every stage of life.

About us

My name is Andrew Fuller and I founded Full Aid Medical in late 2018.


At Full Aid Medical, we bring a decade and a half of frontline experience to the heart of our community. Founded by a former Army Medic with 15 years of service and a current practicing Paramedic, our organization is built on the belief that life-saving skills should be accessible to everyone. We bridge the gap between high-pressure emergency medicine and everyday preparedness, teaching you how to act when every second counts.


Beyond training, we are deeply rooted in our local healthcare ecosystem; we take immense pride in supporting our local General Practitioner services and providing dedicated assistance to our local hospice. Whether we are in a classroom or out in the field, our mission remains the same: serving our community with the same discipline, expertise, and heart that defined our years in uniform.
